New York State offers a range of opportunities to support creative aging, but where do you find them, and how do you make your work stand out?
Join Lifetime Arts and guest experts for a practical conversation designed for individual teaching artists and organizations looking to fund, grow, or sustain their creative aging work. We’ll explore where to find funding, how to connect creative aging programs to funder priorities, and ways to make a compelling case for support. We’ll pay special attention to health-focused funding, and how outcomes like stronger social connection, reduced isolation, and improved mental and emotional well-being can open new doors for creative aging.
You’ll leave with practical strategies to navigate New York’s funding landscape, uncover new opportunities, and confidently communicate the value of your work.
This convening is offered to members of our free New York State Creative Aging Leaders Network. Join 70+ other leaders in advancing creative opportunities for older adults across the state!
