Be it acting, writing or memoir workshop, I use my own experiences as a published writer and produced solo performer to create a container of trust and sharing for community building. I also provide a creative atmosphere for my participants encouraging their freedom to express themselves. In the end, the goal for the workshops is to build self-esteem, empowerment, and a sense of fun and wonder. Frank is available to travel anywhere in Westchester, Connecticut, Upstate New York, and the five boroughs in New York City.
