We are thrilled to announce our newly updated Lifetime Arts’ Creative Aging Roster. Our Roster is constantly growing with new teaching artists, and our newly added features will help save time in locating and reaching out to the teaching artist of your choice. Take a look at: www.lifetimearts.org/roster/members
What is the Creative Aging Roster?
The Creative Aging Roster is a free online directory of professional teaching artists and organizations, across all art disciplines. All Roster artists are peer vetted and qualified to design and deliver instructional arts programs for older adults. Searchable by arts discipline, geographic location and languages spoken, the Roster is available to anyone interested in reaching out to teaching artists for creative aging programs.
How to Search the Roster
The Creative Aging Roster has a search feature with a variety of filters at your disposal. Below is a quick tutorial to teach you how to find and contact teaching artists.

How to apply to be a Member of the Roster
Interested in joining the Roster? To be listed on the Creative Aging Roster, teaching artists must apply and pass a panel review. Applications are evaluated by a panel of cross sector experts in the arts, aging, and community cultural development and arts education fields.
The ideal candidate possesses:
- Professional experience as an artist;
- Proven teaching experience in delivering sequential arts instruction to older adults;
- The ability to create curricula for older adults;
- Specialized training is a plus.
To fill out and submit an application, visit www.lifetimearts.org/roster/guidelines. Applications are accepted year round and applicants are reviewed quarterly.
Thank you to all of our teaching artists for your wonderful work with Lifetime Arts.
Check back each month where we will feature a new Teaching Artist who has excelled in their work with the Creative Aging process.
